At SAYE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable purchase. If your new sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Place the unworn sneakers in their original recycled packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.
Ship Items
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest collection point.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
